The Eureka Day School embodies Berkeley's progressive ideals, with a Board of Directors that values social justice, inclusion, and acceptance above all else. But when a mumps outbreak throws the community into chaos, the group clashes over vaccination policies, personal freedom, and the limits of tolerance. 

Written before the COVID-19 pandemic but made even more relevant by it, Eureka Day brilliantly captures how quickly shared values can fracture when fear, misinformation, and ideology collide, creating a comedy that is as poignant as it is uproariously funny.
