AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Inferno Theatre, a physical ensemble theatre in Berkeley, announces auditions for "The Arabian Nights" by Mary Zimmerman.
Mary Zimmerman’s acclaimed theatrical adaptation weaves ancient tales of wonder into a rich and poetic testament to the transformational power of storytelling. King Shahryar marries, loves, then sacrifices a young woman each night - until he encounters Scheherazade. For a thousand and one nights, he delays her murder as he eagerly awaits her next tale of love, lust, hilarity, or sorrow.
OPEN ROLES:
6 women, age 18-40, playing multiple characters
10 men, age 18-40, playing multiple characters
We are looking for actors Who Move Well. Added bonus if you Sing or Play An Instrument. Members of all ethnic groups and all genders are encouraged to audition.

Pay Rate: Actors at Inferno Theatre are volunteers. We offer a nominal fee ($450-$550, based on total rehearsal/ performance attendance) to help offset the costs of travel and logistics.
