One piece should be Shakespeare verse, or similar.

SYNOPSIS:
Written in the mid-1600s, Tartuffe, remains a continuously produced classic comedy. Prosperous Orgon is captivated by the unique philosophy of an unusual newcomer, ascetic Tartuffe. Orgon invites Tartuffe to live in Orgon’s stately mansion, partake in its abundance, and provide spiritual guidance for his family. Orgon’s family immediately sees right through Tartuffe’s purported piety and sets about to expose Tartuffe as a charlatan. Orgon resists his family’s efforts, insisting that devotion to Tartuffe is the key to their enlightenment. The ensuing, delightful battle will define the family’s spiritual, harmonic, and financial future, and perhaps that of the greater community.

Elmire (40-60) – Orgon’s wife

Mariane (20-30) – Orgon’s daughter, Elmire’s stepdaughter

Damis (20-30) – Orgon’s son, Elmire’s stepson

Mme. Pernelle (70-90) – Orgon’s mother

Dorine (30-70) – Orgon’s family’s wise, observant maid

Valere (20-40) – Mariane’s fiance

Cleante (50-70) – Elmire’s brother

Tartuffe (30-50) – a spiritualist

Laurent (20-70) – Tartuffe’s follower

Mr. Loyal (30-60) – a bailiff

Officer (20-60) – an officer of the Court

Flipote (20) – Mme. Pernelle’s maid
