Cyrano

A new adaptation by Max Tachis and Jeffrey Lo.

Auditions should be:

- comedic, modern; 1-2 minutes long

Plus

- a short "something" in verse - sonnet, monologue, dirty limerick etc - 1-2 minutes long

*optional - if you play an instrument, you may submit up to 1 minute of playing in addition to your monologue

*Make sure your Youtube, Vimeo, etc. link is set to "Unlisted" or "Public," or if file sharing (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, etc.), it is viewable to anyone with the link.

This is a volunteer opportunity.

Submissions are due by 11:59 pm on Tuesday, January 20th.

Callbacks: 

January 23rd from 7-10 pm or January 24th from 5-8 pm

In person at Shotgun Studios (1201 University Ave, Berkeley) - you will be asked to attend 1 of these days for at least 1 hour.

Rehearsals: Monday - Thursday, starting March 2nd

Sundays if scheduling permits / if needed

In person in Berkeley TBA

Tech: May 3 - 7

Performance dates: The show performances will run Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (matinees) on the last three weekends of May with an added Thursday performance on May 14th.

5/8, 9, 10; 

5/14, 15, 16, 17; 

& 

5/22, 23, 24 

Show times will be in the evening (6:30 calls for evening shows) and 2pm for Sunday matinees.  Performances will be held at the Live Oak Theater in Berkeley.
