A.C.T. has a wide range of studios, theaters, bars, and multi-purpose rooms which can be configured for cabarets, receptions, presentations, and immersive theater.

• Toni Rembe Theater is 1000-seat theater which is ideal for performances, corporate meetings/presentations, lectures, screenings, concerts, awards ceremonies, and other events.
• The Garret is a 80+ seat cabaret/multi-purpose room for small productions, meetings, receptions, parties, and before or after show gatherings.
• Sky Bar is a stunning lounge located between the two balconies, overlooking Geary Street, perfect for parties or receptions.
• Fred’s Bar is an elegant lounge underneath the theater’s main lobby that suits for mingling or festive events.

• The Strand Theater is a dynamic, multi-faceted performance complex ideal for celebrations, receptions, special events, and performance rentals.
• The Rueff offers soaring views of City Hall, flexible seating, and a dynamic layout—with the versatility to accommodate performances (proscenium, thrust, or in-the round), receptions, dinners, readings, and workshops.
• The Strand Lobby and Bar is an open, multi-floor space that ideal for special events; the state-of-the-art 28’ by 18’ LED video wall offers an impressive forum for dynamic presentations.

• Studios 8A: 800 sq. ft., upright piano, wall mirrors, and wooden unpainted floors. Ideal for 15-18 people for rehearsal or 25-30 people for a seated performance.
• Studio 8B: 700 sq. ft., upright piano, and Masonite painted floors. Ideal for 10-15 people for rehearsal or 10-20 people for a seated performance.
• Studio 8C: 900 sq. ft., upright piano, and Masonite painted floors. Ideal for 15-20 people for rehearsal or 25-30 people for a seated performance.
• Studio 8DE: 1250 sq. ft., upright piano, and Masonite painted floors. Ideal for 25 people for rehearsal, 40-50 people for a seated performance, or 60+ people for a standing reception.
• Studio 8G: 1000 sq. ft., upright piano, wall mirrors, and Marley floors. Ideal for 20 people for rehearsal, 30-40 people for a seated performance, or 50+ people for a standing reception.
• Studio Ball: 1500 sq. ft., upright piano, wall mirrors, and Masonite painted floors. Ideal for 30 people for rehearsal, 50-60 people for a seated performance, or 70+ people for a standing reception.
• Studios 9A: 900 sq. ft., upright piano, wall mirrors, and Marley floors. Ideal for 15-20 people for rehearsal or 25-30 people for a seated performance.
• Studio 9B: 400 sq. ft., upright piano, and Marley floors. Ideal for 8-10 people for rehearsal or 10-15 people for a seated performance.
