Nichole Gantshar is the General Manager of Marin Theatre Co. where she is responsible for payroll, budgets, finance, HR and contractual matters. She's run payroll for organizations from $400K budgets to $4M. Formerly she's held finance and leadership positions for a number of ballet companies, LORT theatres, and served as a legislative aide in Congress. Additionally, she was board treasurer for Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas as well as several other nonprofit organizations.
