Table displays will be in the centrally located lobby, all day on October 26, 2026.

Schedule:

• Load-in: 9-9:30 AM
• Load-out: 6:30-7 PM
• Need to arrive later or leave early? Reach out to Hilary@TheatreBayArea.org to arrange alternate timing.
• Your table does NOT need to be staffed in between load in and load out.
• We are unable to store items before or after the event.

Details:

• Full and half tables are available. 
• Tables are 6ft long folding tables.
• Outlet access may be available upon request, but is not guaranteed. 
• TBA is not responsible for any damage to or theft of your belongings.
