Studio for rehearsal or performance. Warm, naturally lit studio with mirrors, dance floor, cubbies, and lounge space.  Our space is 900 sq ft, with south-west facing windows that let natural light in all day. The studio is an easily accessible downtown location with convenient private parking and a short walk from BART. Studio comes with its own private bathroom and also has access to the building's restrooms for larger events. For additional fees, we have theatrical lights, speakers, and a light and soundboard to produce a more polished performance or event.
