Join Marin Theatre's General Manager, Nichole Gantshar for this crash course in what you need to know about payroll for your theatre. Nichole will share how to stay compliant and where to find trustworthy information about payroll updates.

Nichole Gantshar is the General Manager of Marin Theatre Co. where she is responsible for payroll, budgets, finance, HR and contractual matters. She's run payroll for organizations from $400K budgets to $4M. Formerly she's held finance and leadership positions for a number of ballet companies, LORT theatres, and served as a legislative aide in Congress. Additionally, she was board treasurer for Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas as well as several other nonprofit organizations.
